Contact Us
Auckland Kayak Tours is an email-only comparison site. The fastest way to reach it is info@aucklandkayaktours.com. This page sets out what to write about, what the site can and cannot help with, and where to take problems that belong elsewhere.
What To Write About
Email is read for three things: price or fact errors on a tour card, a booking page that no longer exists, and press or partnership questions.
- Price or fact errors: a wrong price, duration, age limit or meeting point on one of the tour cards.
- Dead booking pages: a Check availability button that leads nowhere, or a tour that has been withdrawn.
- Press and partnerships: questions about coverage, corrections or working together.
Whatever the reason, include the tour name exactly as it appears on the card, what you expected and what you saw, and a return address for the reply.
What The Site Cannot Do
This site runs no tours and owns no bookings. Its mailbox is for site questions only, not for anything that touches a reservation.
- Change, cancel or move a booking.
- Issue refunds or check a payment.
- Confirm a departure or whether a paddle is going ahead in the weather.
- Pass a message to a guide or operator.
Where To Take Booking Problems
Booking problems go to the operator named on the tour card, or to the booking platform where you paid. The operator decides on the day whether a tour runs, and handles refunds and reschedules under its own terms. If the operator cancels for weather, the operator terms state a full refund or a reschedule. Auckland Kayak Tours is not a party to any of that and cannot intervene on your behalf.
The Address
Write to info@aucklandkayaktours.com. Please do not send payment details, ID copies or booking confirmations: they are not needed to answer a question about the site, and keeping them out of email is safer for everyone. A short note with the tour name and what you saw is enough.
