What The Site Does Not Collect

Auckland Kayak Tours has no accounts, no newsletter sign-up and no checkout. It collects no names, addresses, payment details or dates of birth. Nothing you read on the site is tied to an identity.

Email You Send

If you write to info@aucklandkayaktours.com, the message and your return address are kept only to answer it. Please do not send payment details, ID copies or booking confirmations: the mailbox cannot use them for anything, and email is not a safe place for them.

Standard Web Analytics And Server Logs

Like nearly every website, this one may use standard analytics and keeps server logs that record basics such as pages requested and approximate location. This is routine technical data used to keep the site working and understand which pages are read.

What Happens When You Click Out

Clicking Check availability, or a hotel suggestion, sends you to a booking platform or hotel partner. From that moment their privacy policy applies, not this one. Those platforms set their own cookies and process your booking data under their own terms.

Your Data Rights

Because so little is collected, there is little to request. If you have emailed the site and want your message deleted, write to info@aucklandkayaktours.com and it will be removed. For data held by a booking platform, use that platform's own process.

If this policy changes, the new version will appear on this page. A change of practice that affects what is collected would be described here in plain language rather than buried.
